Seafood dish is one of the most popular ones in Japan. We use only fresh fish, which is carefully selected, in a fish market.
We mainly use vegetable grown in Kyoto and simply cook them as you may enjoy the taste of vegetable. Both fresh and cooked dishes are recommended.
Our original steamed Pork-Shabu hot pod is one of our recommended dishes. Please enjoy juicy pork by wrapping vegetable as much as you want.
